If you have been following the recipes this week, you'll notice that many of them are from one year. That would be the great year of 2019(HHN29). We're continuing this with another recipe from the HHN vault. Today we'll be trying to make Nachos. Join us if you dare.
During the cancellation of Halloween Horror Nights in 2020, the spooky mixologists at Universal created some spooky cocktails to help us all cope with such a mental monumental loss. Today we share one of their recipes from their HHNForever series. This is the Chance Cocktail, inspired by the Jack the Clowns head Maniac.
Just like me, Michelle Westfall enjoys pumpkin spice. So Westfall was kind enough to share the recipe for the Pumpkins Spiced Log Cake from Loews Pacific Resort. And, of course, I had to add it to my list of Universal Recipes when I'm trying to impress at a dinner party. So I will share the recipe with you so you can add it to your recipe book. Then, be sure to share with me what you thought of it. Happy spooky season!
You need a healthy and nutritious Halloween snack when you're running in fear. If you didn't know, let me be the first to tell you that street corn will always be there for you. Today we present the recipe for street corn from the 2020 Halloween Season.
Jambalaya is said to be an offspring of a Spanish dish, Paella. Its popularity rose thanks to public gatherings like church fairs and festivals. Naturally, a festival as important as Mardi Gras would see jambalaya being consumed in massive quantities by New Orleans natives and out-of-towners alike. The traditional Creole version (also sometimes called "red jambalaya") starts with a trinity of celery, peppers, and onions. Then meat such as chicken or sausage is added, followed by vegetables like tomatoes and seafood such as shrimp or crab.
We're getting into the Mardi Gras spirit this week with Universal's Jambalaya Recipe shared by Denielle Ricci , Associate Editor of Discover Universal Blog.
